Job Title: Trainee Service Advisor

Job Description: Our client has recently under taken one of the largest refurbishments of a dealership whilst maintaining a steady flow of business. Their customer service standard is second to none providing only the best service to their existing and growing client base. In house, they also encourage their  staff to work as a team and share the success of the company. They are known for their support, training and coaching. There are definite career progression paths if one truly wants one.

The team has many long standing members with numerous people with over 20 years at the company. The service operations manager who you will report to has an open door policy. He has extensive industry and management experience and as a result provides supportive training and coaching to his team however expects quality in return.

Essential experience/qualifications/skills:

  • Previous customer service/Hospitality experience
  • Use to working in a fast paced environment
  • Face to face client contact
  • Worked in a larger team
  • Used to dealing with a large variety of people

Desirable (but not essential) experience/qualifications/skills:

  • Time Management skills
  • Ability to relate well to a broad range of people
  • Customer Empathy
  • Organisational skills
