This a rare opportunity with one of our clients, an Upper North Shore dealership in Sydney.

They are looking to appoint a Trainee Service Advisor.  They have stressed that this role does not require any form of technical knowledge, but requires a strong focus on customer service.

Due to the employer’s requirements to hire a candidate with good customer service focus, the successful applicant for this role may come from a background of helping people, for example: sales or sales support, hospitality, health services, etc.  Please note that these are just some examples of what may be considered to be desirable previous experience for this role, but anyone with experience in a customer service role is encouraged to enquire about this role.
