The ideal applicant will develop the dealership’s existing small to medium Fleet business.  Previous experience in a similar role, while not essential, will be highly regarded.  To be successful in this role, you will be required to:

  • Prospect professionally
  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Demonstrate a proven, successful track record in fleet sales or a related role
  • Retain a strong work ethic and customer focus

You should also be capable of showing a strong awareness of modern fleet owners’ needs, for example:

  • Pricing
  • Finance
  • Insurance
  • Competitive cost of ownership
  • Parts costs
  • Service costs
  • Service convenience
  • Competitor comparisons
  • Retained values
  • Availability and accuracy of information

and be able to think and act strategically to meet and/or exceed those needs.
